The CDC warns… 1 in 3 people have weaker immune systems, thanks to this one habit

It’s shocking to hear… but as many as 109 million Americans are now at a higher risk of getting sick thanks to one habit.

This habit has been shown to…

  • Increase occurrences of common cold & general sickness by 294-550% [1]
  • Reduce the effectiveness of vaccinations by more than 50%… increasing the chances they just make you sick! [2]

It sounds extreme… but just think…

This one habit basically turns off your immune defences… AKA your body's main defence against disease.

So what is this immune stripping habit?

Not getting enough “deep sleep” each night.

Don’t believe me?

Just take a look at these 2 screenshots taken directly from the CDCs website!

So why does sleep have such a big impact on our immunity?

Well your body can ONLY replenish your immune system in the deepest phases of sleep.

Without enough deep sleep… it’s physically impossible to have a fully functioning immune system.

And just because you are closing your eyes for 8 hours each night does NOT mean you are getting enough “deep sleep”.

Even mild stress can cut deep sleep in half… weakening your immune defences.

Studies have shown that even the “stress” of sleeping in a strange bed for one night can reduce deep sleep by 53%. [3]

Which means even mild levels of stress, can affect your sleep, energy & immunity!

And because of these uncertain times we are living in… stress has never been higher.

So what’s the solution?

Well apart from getting 7-9 hours sleep each night.

You must also eliminate your stress levels first… otherwise you will NOT be able to get enough deep sleep

Unfortunately most methods of stress reduction require huge lifestyle changes (e.g. working out, meditating, changing your whole diet).

But thankfully IS a more realistic solution.

I want to introduce you to...

A natural Indian herb that shuts off your brain’s stress response... allowing you to get more immune-boosting deep sleep.

I want to tell you all about Ashwagandha… this is a herb that has been used for centuries in Indian medicine.

Studies show that this ancient plant medicine… has a powerful effect on both stress and sleep.

In a 2012 study, this herb was proven to reduce symptoms of stress & sleeping problems by 69%! [4]

And in a 10 week study on patients with sleeping disorders it was shown to [5]

  • Help people get to sleep 30.3% faster
  • Helped people stay asleep for 19% longer
  • Improve sleep quality by 7.8%

Now before you rush out and buy a cheap supplement online…

Be warned… not all Ashwagandha products are equal.

Many supplements contain very low doses  (300mg) and this can take a long time to show noticeable effects.

The other problem is that a lot of these supplements are not easily absorbed by the body (making them less effective).

To make sure you see the fastest results possible, your Ashwagandha supplement needs to have two things...

  1. Potent doses of around 3,000mg
  2. It is combined with black pepper extract to help absorption and increase effectiveness!
